The photographer Paul Langrock/laif is a specialist when it comes to the photographic documentation of wind turbines and photovoltaic systems. He has been documenting the development of renewable energies for years. A remote-controlled transporter passes the village of Rietdorf in Brandenburg and transports a rotor leaf to the wind turbine. Focus uses it as a symbolic image on the subject of elections in East Germany.
