The collage “100 Years of Life” by Thomas Kierok/laif illustrates an article on the subject of age. For the photo book “100 Years of Life,” Berlin-based laif photographer Thomas Kierok photographed 100 different faces in 100 different birth cohorts chronologically. The facial portraits show the development from the newborn infant to the 100-year-old, men and women of different ethnic backgrounds. It is a photographic study of the development and change of the face throughout life.
